Timothy Rodriguez Ruiz born on August 24, 1978, in San Antonio, Texas went to be with the Lord on December 5, 2024, at the age of 46. He is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Hortense Ruiz, whom he missed dearly and great niece, Kayla.

He is survived by his father, Homero Ruiz; brothers, Rodney Rodriguez (Angie), Stephen Rodriguez, Rey Ruiz, Homero L. Ruiz, Daniel L. Ruiz, Rene L. Ruiz; sister, Angela Rodriguez; nephews, Rey A. Ruiz Jr., Christian Rodriguez, Daniel Rodriguez, Aaron J. Rodriguez, Michael Garcia (Jaela – Julius) Christopher Asevedo; nieces, Persephone R. Timmons, Ronda Rodriguez, Crystal Asevedo (Angel), Desiree M. Rodriguez, Melanie Garcia; great-nephews, Andre, Bane; great-nieces, Alyssa and Heyleigh; as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Timothy graduated from Burbank High School in 2000. He enjoyed road trips to Uvalde with his dad. Tacos and ice cream were his happy place. He loved watching WWE wrestling and the SA Spurs. He enjoyed listening to the Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, Michael Jackson, Selena, Queen and Vanilla Ice.

He will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved him.

Visitations will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Ortiz Mortuary chapel B.
