Pedro "Tati" Badillo Jr. May 19, 1970-November 7, 2024

Pedro "Tati" Badillo passed away at the age of 54. He is preceded in death by his brothers Pete Badillo and Richard Badillo. He is survived by his parents Pedro and Minerva Badillo, his brothers Santos Badillo, Raul (Alicia) Badillo, Danny (Ruby) Badillo and sister-in-law Donna Badillo and numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and great-nieces and nephews. Tati left behind a partner of 29 years, Martin Benavidez and a dog, who he referred to as his son, named Wero. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, partner, and friend. He was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Memorial High School. Tati worked for several delivery companies before going on to pursue a Master's degree in education. He worked as a substitute teacher for multiple school districts around the city and recently found a permanent position as an elementary school teacher. He loved and adored his students. He was proud to be a teacher and mentor. Tati was also a valued community member, working events around the city every year, taking over for his father. Pete "Tati" Badillo loved spending time with his family and friends. He took pride in everything he did and will be missed dearly.

Funeral services are as follows: November 14th at Ortiz Mortuary, 3114 Culebra Rd, San Antonio, TX 78228 a private immediate family viewing from 3-4pm. Public viewing 4-8pm with a Rosary service beginning at 6pm.

November 15th at Ortiz Mortuary, 3114 Culebra Rd, San Antonio, TX 78228, a final goodbye from 0830-0930am followed by a procession to St. Agnes Catholic Church, 804 Ruiz St, San Antonio, TX 78207 for mass at 10am. We will then precede to the cemetery for burial at 1130 at San Fernando #2, 746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237.
