Mrs. Diamantina Tijerina went to be with the Lord on August 18, 2024, at the age of 91. She was born October 29, 1932, in San Buenaventura, Coahuila, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Oscar D. Tijerina; her parents, Manuel and Herminia Garza; her brothers, Jesus Garza, Pablo Garza, Pedro Garza and Manuel Garza. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Oscar and Martha Tijerina, Roberto and Maria Tijerina, Jacob and Cecilia Tijerina; her daughters and sons-in-law, Diamantina and Guadalupe Ortegon, Diana and Javier Castro; 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; her brother, Ramiro Garza; her sisters, Margarita Balderas, Alicia Bosquez and Celia Valdez; also, numerous other relatives and dear friends. She will be deeply missed by all her family, friends and everyone who knew her. On behalf of our family, we would like to thank you for your support and prayers during this difficult time.
