Arnulfo Vela Lopez was born in San Antonio, Texas on December 17, 1955 and was called to be with our Lord on January 30, 2024 at the age of 68 years old.

Arnulfo Vela Lopez is survived by his children Arnold Lopez, Rachel Lopez and Adam Lopez, his mother Hortencia Lopez, brothers Fred Lopez, Robert Lopez and Armando Lopez, sisters Virginia Avina and Irma Morales. Arnulfo had twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Preceded in death by father Joe Lopez Sr. and brother Joe Lopez Jr.

Arnulfo Vela Lopez was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs. He enjoyed listening to Tejano music and making people laugh.

Arnulfo will be dearly missed by family and friends.

The services will be held at the Ortiz Mortuary on February 6, 2024 (Tuesday) with a Visitation that will start 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

A rosary will be held at the Ortiz Mortuary on February 6, 2024 (Tuesday) at 6:00 p.m. in Chapel B.
